Gnana, with more than 40 years of industry experience is an acknowledged expert in Finacle and Core Banking. Gnana was a key member of the Infosys Finacle’s Central Helpdesk, Implementation, Migration, Customization and training teams and had been involved in several milestone assignments of Finacle in India and overseas during his tenure at Infosys. He brings with him an in depth understanding of the banking sector and skill development.

As CEO of BBSSL, Gnana’s focus has been on creating robust solutions and products for banks and financial institutions, and in doing so, building strong product development & consulting expertise within the company.

Maj Suguna is a retired commissioned officer of Indian Army with impeccable track record of 22 years of Army service, and more than 4 years of Industry experience in Human Resource Development, Finance and Administration. Maj Suguna took the decision to serve the needy very early and decided to take nursing as a career. She joined the Indian Army and served the nation for a period of 20+ years. She holds an MBA degree in HR and is also an alumni of IIM Bangalore. She decided to change her career to an HR and Finance professional so that her skills and experience could be used to develop rural graduates into skilled IT professionals.

Aniruddha brings in more than 26 years of delivery experience in IT and related Services and Products, with about 15 years of it in managing global products like Finacle for Infosys and architecting global solutions delivery for organisations like Satyam. He has led various product and solutions teams in these organisations, providing end-to-end technology-led solutions to large global organizations and banks. His passion to find technology enabled solutions to complex business problems drove him to become an entrepreneur, thus becoming a partner/co-promoter of Best of Breed Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He has vast global experience in end-to-end customer product and solutions delivery, leading large IT transformations for clients, Program/Project/Customer management for Large Core Banking Solution (CBS) implementations & engagement management of very large and strategic customers / partners. This has helped the company build very strong onsite-offshore delivery capability, customer and employee management, global project management, application development and maintenance and consulting expertise over the years.
