His efforts focused on developing robust solutions and products for banks and financial institutions.

Major Suguna Gnana, a seasoned leader and retired commissioned officer of the Indian Army, leads the team as Chief Executive Officer. With nearly two decades of service to the nation, she transitioned to BBSSL in 2007 as Director of HR & Finance, a role she excelled in for over a decade.

Major Suguna assumed the responsibility of leading the company following the unfortunate demise of Mr. Gnana, Her unwavering willpower and service-minded approach have been pivotal in steering BBSSL through challenges and towards continued success.

Passionate and insightful, Major Suguna is a guiding force for her team. Under her leadership, BBSSL has reached new heights, embracing community development and innovation. With a Masters degree in Management from IIM Bangalore, Major Suguna is a champion of women’s empowerment, she actively promotes the appointment and training of women in technology. Major Suguna also prioritizes rural development by nurturing graduates from rural areas, enhancing not only their technical and communication skills but also their overall personality development.

Aniruddha Gharat, an esteemed Director & Chief Operating Officer, boasts an impressive track record of over 26 years in IT and related services. With a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and an Advanced Management Program (AMP) from IIM Bangalore, Aniruddha’s career includes approximately 15 years managing global products like Finacle for Infosys and architecting solutions for renowned organizations.

Throughout his professional journey, Aniruddha has led diverse product and solution teams, delivering end-to-end technology-driven solutions to prominent global organizations and banks. Mr. Anantha Krishnan K, a “Senior Banking Consultant” and Vice President, brings over 35 years of extensive experience in core banking areas, including Branch operations, Trade Finance, Foreign Exchange, and Loan Documentation. Renowned for his profound knowledge in Trade Finance and Foreign Exchange, Mr. Anantha Krishnan excels in leveraging automation for enhanced efficiency.

With a robust background in Foreign Exchange, retail banking proficiency, and hands-on experience in Alternative Delivery Channels like ATM Card, Net banking, and Mobile Banking, he has successfully implemented Core Banking Solutions Trade Finance modules across diverse projects.
