Finacle Core Banking Tech Stack Upgrade from 7.x to 10.2.25

• Sonali Bank India Operations, is one of the Largest State-Owned Commercial Bank
  in Bangladesh and embarked its Technology Transformation to the latest Tech Stack
  Upgrade.
• Finacle version upgrade from Finacle 7.0.25 to Finacle 10.2.25 including customization
  porting of all 7.x Customisation to Finacle 10.x Customisation.
• During the Project Phase the SWIFT Services of the Bank were not operational due to
  Regulatory compliance not met.
• Bank was going through hard time resulting revenue loss in view of the above and
  badly needed the SWIFT services operational in Finacle 10.2.25 and make it Go Live at
  the earliest in compliance with regulatory norms.
• Sonali Bank has successfully gone Live with Finacle Version Upgrade from 7.0.25
  to 10.2.25 ON 22-Jul-2024 within a short span of 4 Months (April 24 to July 2024).
• Sonali Bank India Operations Main Business focus in on Trade Operations. The
  Migration was complex as the Trade Operations were specific to Exports from India to
  Bangladesh and Import from Bangladesh to India. To meet the Business scenarios,
  Many Customizations were done in the Product Menus – HORM, MEOB, MIIB for
  capturing the related SWIFT tag details.
• SWIFT Messages were enhanced to the latest Standards and encryption of Messages
  was done.
• Also, Many of the Manual Operations were brought into Finacle 10,2,25 which
  benefitted the Bank in Reporting, Customer Service Enhancement.
• The bank now has a robust scalable infrastructure and services ecosystem without
  having to manage the same or worry about ongoing support, and at the same time
  offer to its customer experiences that are transformed end-to-end.
